Summer is just around the corner, we are making plans, booking vacations and trying to figure out exactly what we will be doing to enjoy our summer months. If you’re a parent you are also looking for activities that can keep your children entertained. Well, you might want to consider Chloe’s Clubhouse. It’s a week of learning life skills. Each day is broken up into sewing, baking & cooking.
On day one, we get to know your child by starting out making a pillowcase . Then, we make our lunch & bake an item. Day two, we start making a quilt and planning for the end of the week party. Day three, four & five we are working on the quilt. Baking up a storm and learning how to make meals. Planning for the end of the week BBQ which they will be hosting for their entire family. Everyday is geared around your child & what they want to learn. On Friday, the quilts are finished, food is made and they throw a BBQ for their families.
Cost for the week is $600 dollars which seems like a lot but it covers everything Including supplies. No hidden costs plus lunch and snacks are included daily. Also, everyday they will bring home baked items for your family to enjoy.
When do the classes run?
That depends on if there is interest. We run the clubhouse when we have 3 to 4 people. Usually it’s two or three families that know each other and book the space. And the hours are geared around the parent’s schedule. It’s a lot of fun, and honestly the kids learn so much. It’s never to early to learn life skills, they might not use these skills now but they will have them for life.
